Légère odeur mais rien de très désagréable.
En revanche, le carton du colis était complètement écrasé et déchiré (on voyait les oreillers de l'extérieur) ; j'ai vérifié le bon état des oreillers avant d'accepter le colis. Inacceptable côté livraison, même si l'histoire s'est bien terminée !
Chère Gaëtane, avant tout, merci de votre remontée d'information. Malgré tout le soin que nous apportons à la préparation de nos colis, ils sont parfois sévèrement malmenés durant le transport. C'est la plupart du temps sans aucun dommage pour les produits qu'ils contiennent car ils sont protégés par leur propre emballage. Nous adressons évidemment dès à présent une réclamation à Colissimo.
